I am trying to change the Admin CPanels background grey to a darker color. I've look all over the controlpanel.css and I can not find it. Please advise.

Thanks for the help. I did find what I was looking for. I would like to know how or if I can change the text at the top "Welcome to the vBulletin Admin Control Panel?"

Please let me know any suggestions.

Change how? The color or what it says?

How can I change the text characters and may I put an image in there, such as a banner I could rotate when I want?

Use the Phrase Manager.

As for the image, I don't know.
