how to block a specific forum from google?

hello.

i want to know how to block forum number 99 from google
the url is /forumdisplay.php?f=99

i tried using robots.txt to put disallow on /forumdisplay.php?f=99 no luck, try the whole address still no luck...

how can i manage to make it done?
