Button Back on FF 18.0.1 vb 4.2 pl3 BUG ?

When i scolling down in a forum and click a thread then i read this it is all fine but when i click back on the browser button the site goes back but on top and not ond the place there i have scrolling down before.
I hope the people understand what i mean, is this a bug from the vb 4.2 pl3 or what?
With the IE 9 i have not this problem.

I think he's saying that if scrolls down a page then clicks a link then clicks the back button it takes him to the top of the page and not back to the place where he clicked the link.
