Hide whats going on Tab from guest?

I need to hide my whats going on tab and activity from guest in my 4.2 forum. I guess that is the same as what Ive seen listed here and "whats going on" tab aka activity stream. So far everything here I have found here so far has been unsuccessful at hiding it. Any suggestions?
