| Server Error Log - Please help

It seems like ever since I applied the latest patch (running v4.1.10) pvl3. I seem to be getting these errors in my server log. My host has had to bump up my server memory because of them and I am now at my max. They tell me it is a script issue. Can someone confirm what is going on? I disabled the two modifications I installed recently (only other change) and still have not seen any change in these errors. Could it be realted to the patch? Attached below is just a couple of the errors from my log. Please help!!! The forum.php page shouldn't even be calling the attachments.php script (it doesn't in a default forum.php page), so it's very hard to tell what the problem is without a link.

Then you need to talk to your host about fixing them.

Why don't you try and install a fresh vbulletin install on a test directory of course and a new db. That way you will know if it's the host or vb
