Custom stylevar?

If a product/mod derives colors on it's tabs from the overall look of a page and, or but, you want a different color, can there be a .css made just for the tab in question?

I'm trying to wrap my head around how stylevar's and .css work in conjunction with each other.

The tabs on the shout box. They are white against the dark background.

Try adding something like this to additional.css template:

.dbtech_vbshout_tabs.alt2
{
background: #000000!important;
}

Replace the color with whatever you want. You might not need the !important, but try it with both and see what works.

This should apply the same background color to all unselected tabs on the shoutbox.
