What is Draft Posts?
Draft Posts allows users to save a post as a draft which can be reused later as a template or draft for a new post. Each Post can be saved as a Draft copy by one click at the foot of each postbit or checking an option when creating a new post. All available Drafts are displayed below the bottom Reply button on the Show Thread pages. All Drafts can be deleted from the User Control Panel area.

What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?
* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.
* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.
* Marking a modification as installed also helps us know how many people are using our work, giving us extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.
We appreciate the support!

Clicking on Drafts from settings gives this error:
Add-on is enabled in Options. I am an admin and it is enabled for admins in the usergroup permissions.
Clicking on Reply with Draft in a thread gives the same error.
Clicking on Draft this Post also gives the same error.
Fixed this bug. Thanks for the report. Just redownload the files and then upload them to your server to patch it.

Depends. A draft is a template/rough copy of what you want to post. You can easily copy another user's post without using the draft this post option, so all it's doing is saving someone the hassle of typing/copying it. For that reason I wouldn't view it as an issue and I suspect most users won't use it for what you suggest. The exceptions might be moderators or admins who want to have a standard post ready to use.
I'm open to suggestions though, so feel free to throw some ideas my way and I'll see what I could reasonably include.
Still one bug: I don't see anyone to begin a new draft. I can save an existing post and that then appears in the list of drafts but I can't create a new one or rename an old one, as far as I can tell. Am I missing something?
How about an option to allow other member's posts which could be disabled? I can see that being confusing to my members to be honest.
I'll see what we can do about adding a setting in.

If you click on the drafts in the reply with draft list then you will be taken to a new reply to the thread that will already include the content of the draft ready for you to post or edit before posting.
At the moment it's not possible to rename a draft. I'll add that in for the next version.
