In Webmaster tools i found google says it gets 503 response code on this page:
http://goteen.net/tags/cup.html

and many more "tags" pages. It seems like i canot access it as a guest but when i login as an admin, i can see the threads. Please how to fix this issue so guests and google can access it?

Are guests allowed to search? Usergroup Manager > Unregistered Users > Can Search Forums

THank you, it was disabled for guests. So i enabled it per Your instructions for guests, as you can see, search is enabled now, but you still cant see the tags when not loged in.. :erm:

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Unregistered / Not Logged In? (EDIT)

Post / Thread Permissions (section)

tick all 4 options regarding tags to Yes. Dont forget to enable search, maybe its necessary to show tags.
