Default How to create left and right columns?
I want to create two columns - one left and one right like see attached pic
I know it required to add two tables some where in code. Can any expert help me here?

Do you need them for ads or blocks giving more info helps

there is plugins around that will do this for you
or have you tried going to admincp/Advertising/add new ad
