how to open tags for guest?

i always notice that google trying to crawl my forum tags

while guest can't see the tags, i get error message when i try to view tags as guest

so how can i open tags for guest?

and do you advice me to do this?

the only place is group permissions Post / Thread Permissions
but giving that right to a guest is a bad idea

i have add and remove and edit tags in guest group

If you have tagging turned on, then Unregistered users should be able to view the tags. Are you talking about when you click on the tag and it takes you to a tag search? You would need to give Unregistered Users permission to search.
