Forum Not Open :( Urgent Help Please

I cant open my forum i dont know why
Nothing happen if i click my forum link
Only connecting i see please help me why i cant open ?
I Open my Config file Default page

1 more problem i cant open my forum when i use Online Proxy then forum is working but my side not working
why ? and i cant see any error

Do you have a .htaccess file in your forum root?
If so, remove that and try to access your forum again.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
