Mobile version detection and switch problem

Since upgrade we faced problem of mobile version.
Template is installed and works correctly (for me

) but totaly all other active users, which use tablet/iPhone/Android/Nokia etc say that they can't switch their style to mobile...

1) i had "Mobile Device Force Style" installed - but it strictly redirects users to mobile version and its list of mobile clients seem to me too old

2) using link like - /forum.php?styleid=7 - does work for very small amount of users (probably only me)

any other usefull mods/modifications to correctly detect users with NOT Desktop browsers and IF THEY WANT switch them?
