How to make user tab About Me show in Post Info

Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone could help me on how to make the use fields in the About Me tab from profile - to show them in Post info like:

Now im not suck a great coder or something, just want to make those fields showing up there (or only there).

I see the Age and Location are showing up in both locations, but what about the others!? Nobody knows ??
