Members are purchasing a paid subscription to allow their user title to be custom.
It is putting their user account in a usergroup which has this privileged. To my understanding, their account's user-title should convert to "Yes, user set" in the User title area. It is staying as "No". Do I manually have to select "Yes, user set" when a member purchases a paid subscription that allows them to have a custom user title, or is it allowing them to have a user title but it just says No in the box? Thank you. |

Where are you seeing "No" and "Yes, User set?". I'm probably looking in a different place but on the userCP > Edit You Details page I either see a "Custom User Title" section, if they have permission, otherwise it disappears.

I belive it only changes to Yes, user set if they have actually added a custom title...I could be wrong though
