Generating Email lists and sending email
Hello and thanks in advance for any help. This is a 3 part question.
1. When I generate a mail list, it accepts the name. However, when I go to generate a second mailing list all it does is add the new list to the old list. How do I generate multiple lists? 2. Where are the options for sending email from the generated lists? I see none. 3. Are there better options (Mods) than what is available already built into Vbulletin 4? Thanks again J |

I'm not sure what you means by your first question. When I try it, I get a new list of email addresses each time. When you say "it accepts the name", what do you mean?
If you want to send mail you can use the "Send Email to Users" option. The "Generate Mailing List" option is to get a list of email addresses to use in another application. |

What I am saying on the first question, hard to make it any clearer. I generate a mail list.
Later, I go back to generate a second list. Instead of having two lists, I now have one list with the names of the members of both lists on the original list. It is not generating multiple lists. Just a single list that continues to grow as I try to add names to other lists. Pretty pointless. ________________________________________________ I can send email to everyone at once or check the boxes of individual groups, whatever. However, I need to send an email to 34 specific people, the same email, I would prefer not to have to do it one person at a time. And right now, that is the only option I have. When trying to send to multiple recipients, it doesnt allow it. |
