Change Login box, help, and register .

Basically the Login box overlaps everything on a mobile browser, so what I am trying to do is have the Login box up top, then have the "Help" link right below that, then the "register" link right below that'. It should be a simple <br> somewhere in the header, but I've messed around for an hour trying to get it right but I can't get it figured out. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
