Best php functions to block?

I'm trying to keep my forum as secure as possible and with all these exploits lately with vbulletin and vbulletin plugins i'm wondering which php functions should i be blocking?
I've blockeds system and base64_decode at the moment, is there anymore i should be watching out for that someone could use to exploit my site?
