I've got a 3 column layout for the homepage.

Currently, on the right column, I've got Facebook plugin box 300x250 box.

For users with <25 posts and for unregistered users, I'd like to replace that with a Google Adsense, and move that Facebook box down.

Is it possible to create different versions of the homepage depending on postcount/registration status?

You may create these as php widgets and show them based on postcount/registration. Just have two - one is a facebook one that only shows to certain users and it places near the top and then the second is the adsense one that only shows to a different set of users and is placed further down.
