Automatically copies HTML layout code

Dear vBulletin,

When I'm posting at my forum and I'm trying to copy / paste something, vBulletin automatically copies the layout code as well (as you can see in the example below)



However, when I try to do this on a regular account (non administrator), I'm not getting the same layout, just plain text.

Is there an option to disable this function for the admin?
