In my what's new it is showing moderated spam posts. Is there a way to make it so it does not show these?

Is it showing to all users or just to admins (you)? If you logout, do you still see them?

I'm not real sure if it's showing to regular users or not either way I'd prefer if they didn't show to anybody ( admin or not )
