Images Display problem

Hello All Seniors.

i want to know about Images problems

1. is there any way if i paste a material from a website or a document which includes images and text. and our Editor automaticaly attach those images on our vbulletin and display all material same as it is on the doc.????

2ndly when i do attach images then it shows images in thumbnails and i want to display images in full size which i do attached. i m using editor and vbulletin 4.2
