Missing stylvar values after vBadvance CMPS install

I upgraded to VB4.2 and upgraded the vBadvance CMPS install. After the upgrade the only stylevars available in the stylevar editor are for the Blog and CMS.

is there anyway I can get the stylevar editor to bring up all the original stylevars?

Is this something that can be restored with a DB table backup or a file like a .css?
