I'm using the default vBulletin style (running version 3.8.7) and there's something I want to edit on the main forums page.

I want my forums to have a space between each category like in the screenshot I attached. Basically I want each section to look like it does at vBulletin.org.

I've spent probably an hour looking at templates and I can't figure it out if my life depended on it. Would someone mind helping me with this?
