Any mod is available for titleimage change by time based ?

Hello,

I need titleimage for timebased changer.Anyone know that ? For example....

1 December 2012 ---- aaa.png
31 December 2012 --- bbb.png
1 April 2013 --- ccc.png

Titleimage automaticly change that time coming....
