Default Blog Previews
When I add blog previews to my homepage some of the text shows up like this

[SIZE=2][FONT=verdana]

How do I get rid of that?

Also is how do I add a title to certain widgets? Like my recent blog posts I would like to add a title of "Recent Blog Posts"
