br - line break problem

I am having a problem with the forum Description.

I am trying to use the </ br> tag and then adding a image, the br etc line break tag does not work at all. the Image will not go underneat the forum Description. what the heck is going wrong.

Duh, i was using the wrong thing. thank you. This was a simple mistake on my part. How dumb can i be.
