register do not work

hi dear
my forum have new problem
i do not change any setting but
today no one can register
when i fill register form and click on register bottom redirect to home page and do nothing
and when i use user pass to login it is not login and do not show me any masage just redirect to home page (i can login with admin user pass)
when i check again register with that user... it's free to use for registration !!!
what is that ?

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style and try to register - do you still have the same problem?
