Do you mean an SQL query? I tried to figure that out but had problems, but if that's what you want I'll try again later.

If you do mean JQuery, then I don't understand (but maybe someone else does).

There's really not any way to automatically set DST based solely on geography. This is a manual setting that must be turned on/off, depending on whether the person is in a location that abides by DST standards. Not all states/countries do.

I'd leave well enough alone.
