yes you can, check the navigation menu in your admincp

In the navigation menu, set forum as default.

I did try this and the Tab is still there on the my profile page. I set it to just show 1 days worth of posts but what I'd really like is to fix it so the Wall is first Tab. I have been looking in edit templets and I would hate to mess up my site since I am not great at the code.
so if there are any other suggestions???
