Restoring Deleted Users, Their Posts and Threads

There is NO mod that works with VB 4.2PL2 that will restore a deleted user, his/her posts and threads. I know that it is possible using database queries.

Can someone please tackle this? The old one does not work in VB 4.2.

Thanks.
