Registration to new member only by refer

I'm looking for a MOD, to make registration able only from a code which must be gaven only from a existing member on forum

If it's going to be the same code for everyone you can use the built in Question and Answer options in Human Verification in Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Human Verification

Just setup 1 question with 1 answer.

thank's for answer, but i don't wan't to put this option,

option must be for example, every existing member have a reffer code, with this code a new guest can register !

in registration form must have a new form which say : Reffer code for example, and once we put this code we can register, else we can't !
