I want any script for my members

e.g. for script
www.site.com/non/index.php
e.g. for forum
www.site.com/vb

if i can write any code in non/index.php like

if ( not login by member forum )
{ 
   will be show 
      login form
}
else
{
  contact of script will be show 
}
