I want to know how i change these colors
when i only click Notifications button (default color is Gray)
See this:

2nd: when i enter the mouse in Notifications box like (Inbox) Color is auto Change (Yellow)

I want to know how i change yellow color and Grey color like Pic1, and Pic2 ?
