i like to know exact location that won't mess up the v bulletin.

You need to decide where you'd like it to appear then figure out which template to edit. Have you decided where you want that to show up?

I think so . they should all be same place where You post message on the top?
Fonts ,size A smile so on should be where someone can insert images?
