CSS location for redirect page

Hi there I am looking for the location of the CSS that handles the redirect page. I normally use the code inspectors used in Google chrome and Firefox to locate CSS that I wish to edit. However the redirect does not give me enough time to inspect the CSS and for some reason it wont let me use the browser "Stop" command to pause the page there. Any-ways the sample below is from the redirect page I hope you can recognise what i mean and advise.
