Read Thread not working

[erjorgito]

Hello

Whenever we read a thread on our forums it normally changes it to read, but around 40% of the time it stays as unread until you manually double click on the speech bubble. Is this a known bug and is there something I can do to make this all automated?

Thanks for the help

Ben
