META Tags - Would like to customize them...

the above code is taken from a view source of the site. I would like to customize these.

the red underlined is my URL to the site
the bold is what I would like to change.

I searched and all led to vB settings but those are set and did not change.

I have added these in manually and do show later i the view page source but I would like to find the meta tags and change them so they only show up once with my customizations.

anyone know where to look? it is not in the vbulletin>settings>general options
