For Banned Users Request

Dear Vbulletin teams, coders and other friends,

For my vbulletin forum, i ve 1 project for banned users.

When i ban 1 user, that banned user/users may enter to 1 " banned users discussion category and thread ". And in this category they can open a new thread ( for their defense or etc. ).

So how can i arrange that one issue ?

( im on ship and maybe i can not re-msg again to u from here for 5 days. )
