Default Who's online, unknown location
On my site has become "Unknown Location" (Viewing Index) in currently viewing or who's online.






Help please.

I don't understand the problem, why would you think those users aren't just viewing the index?

Users who see Viewing Index they witnessed a particular thread. I'm sure of that becouse i am BRAVEHEART.

When did you noticed this for the first time? Did you install any mods lately that change the online list?

If they were in an unknown location, it would say this:

It was from the beginning.

Can we get a link to the site and be able to view that page?

Also, create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Please make sure this default style is enabled for us when we view the site.
