All new forums created are private. Wutdo?
So I have an upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.8.3
Any new forum that I add is listed as "Private" to everyone, including administrators. The only way to access this forum is to create an access mask on a per-user basis. The forums I'm trying to create are suppose to be public to the world. Can anyone lend any knowledge? The usergroup & forum permissions are set for "All Yes" so I'm not quite sure what is affecting this. I have no Products or Plugins installed.
