Security Token Expired On Two Pages That I Created

I created two pages, one for 'privacy statement' and two, 'terms of use'. When I access either page, a window appears reading that the security token has expired. How do I rectify this situation. thanks, b

That message happens when a security token value is more than 3 hours old. Did you maybe hard code a security token value in a url or a form hidden value?

I download one of my pages, and just filled in the information for the context of the page.
I'm going to try out 'webtemplates 4.0.1' and see if I can do this the right way. I appreciate your reply, thanks, b
