Bridge into Concrete5

Hiya. Newbie here. I have a client who we have recommended to use vB for their forum and concrete5 for the CMS. I would like 2 things really (if possible).

Firstly, is there any way that we can bridge the logon/registration from C5 over to vB like there seems to be with Wordpress.

Secondly, is there any specific code I can use to enable visitors to log onto vB via the client's homepage (which is C5).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is the only thing that I now have outstanding to complete.
