Your options are:

1) Remove Marco's modification(s).

2) Contact Marco regarding a possible "branding free option" of his modification.

MARCO1 doesn't generally do forum themes. The link is probably from his advanced registration modification or his advanced statistics modification or his image resizer modification or any of the other great modifications he makes.
