I am trying to accomplish at least 1 of 2 things here.

When someone posts a new thread in a forum that is moderated, a notification message pops up for a few seconds. I want to keep this up longer. I would be happy with keeping it up longer but ultimately I would like to have a message displayed there that members would have to respond too by clicking something or following a link.

Is this possible? To keep this moderation message up until they follow a link?
