Default more than 1 prefix

hi
i have vb 4.1.7
i saw someone ask for help in that link:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=276393

i want to add more than 1 prefix, but i want to have an option to hide the some of the prefix.
example:
[1980] [action] rambo

2 prefix, i want the prefix [action] to be hide, and to show on the filter only.

The link you posted above is someone asking a different question - they had existing code they wanted change to filter by two or more prefix values - they are not making it possible to add more than one prefix to a thread. As far as I can tell, it would take a number of code and database chnages to add a second prefix to a thread, so I would call that a bit complicated.

Try extra threadfields! It'll do exactly what you want.

I'm looking for this feature too.

I want more than 2 prefixes because:
1) it is not user-defined like tags
2) it is displayed next to the thread title
3) it is linked for easy access to all threads sharing the same prefix

If there is an alternative and existing mod that meets those 3 conditions, please let me know!

I can only speak for myself, but the problem is that I don't know the answer - I've already posted what I think, which is that it would take a lot of changes. I've seen people ask for this a number of times over the past couple of years and no one has volunteered to do it for free, so I imagine that it's something you would have to hire someone to do. Also, I don't see how it could be done using only plugins, so it would involve code changes.

Maybe I still don't understand what you want, in which case you could try to explain it better.
