Is there a way in vbulletin 4.1.10 to disable the censorship filter in a specific forum section only?

In default vbulletin? No. You would just need to write a plugin. I think it may even be posted around here. Did you try a search?

Yes I have searched and wasnt able to find anything except for a censorship by member mod.

No i did not. Probably because I was using the words "censorship filter" not "cuss" as he did LOL
