Hi guys
I would like to know if this is possible or not

I want my user to post a thread from home page only.

Is there a way a user can post a thread and when he comes to post a thread page he can then select a category from a drop down box

By default a user can Post A Thread only after he selects a Category.
I want the user to Post a Thread from Anywhere in the Website (eg: Home Page, Thread Page) and select a category there only..
