Removing delete (radio input) from Moderation button!

Hello!

I'm wondering if there's any chance to take delete access (both Soft and Physically) from Super Moderators and Administrators through Admin Control Panel.
Else, I want someone to explain me how could I remove that access from them dirrectly from PHP files.
I don't want to do any mistake.
