I am using multilingual forum with English and Arabic , now I need to show only present language post category in home page

For example : Post Category A, B & C are in English and D, E & F in Arabic, when I choose English , then it must show only the Category A, B & C and hide all other , If I choose Arabic, then it must show only the Category D, E & F

Pls help me
