Support for the Api method newattachment_manageattach

Hi all,

Can anyone give me a details description on attaching a file while posting thread/reply. I have been trying to do this for long time but I am always getting an error as "Invalid api signature". I am sending the following parameters with the method.

contenttypeid=1
editpost=0
threadid=754276
attachment=dataForPNGFile
upload=Upload
